Convenience to the motorway and parking facilities. Comfortable rooms. Lovely balcony.
Food was rushed and warm not hot. 2nd course arrived before finishing first course. Bar was cold.

The hotel is good and comfortable, although it is a bit old and in some areas the cleaning is not very thorough. But it's more or less what you pay, because in the price they don't go to the clouds. The quality/price ratio is good. In the service, there are nice people and more unpleasant people. You should give a talk to all the employees to know that a stay is more pleasant and more bearable when everyone welcomes you nicely with a smile and you don't notice that they are bitter. Because in the end they transfer it to you. And you are not to blame for anything. Otherwise, it is a good place for short stays (weekend or one week at the most).
The cleaning should be more professional. In the common stairs, instead of cleaning and smelling of disinfectant, it smelled like water being removed. . It's a little old, they should be reforming the rooms by areas because it's all outdated. Some waiters, when you ask them for something, seem to be doing you a favor. And you're the one who's paying them... I don't know what they don't understand in this. Because you don't treat them or make bad gestures and they seem to be annoyed when you ask them for something (NOT EVERYONE, I don't want them all to pay because of some isolated person).

We like the position of the hotel - just off the A67. This is a family run hotel and reasonably older than some of the new combine facilities that are available and this is reflected in the decor. However, the staff are very friendly, willing and helpful and a very good Spanish/international meal is available during Spanish dining times at a very reasonable price.
The bathrooms and shower system need updating.

they had no smoking rooms and I was shown 3 rooms all had ashtrays and all smelt of stale smoke, this hotel really needs to be renovated to attract me again. I would not stop here again.

Very welcoming and a great bar and breakfast. The hotel is a ski resort hotel so if you are looking for luxury you wont find it but you will find everything you need for a good basic stay.

The staff were outstanding. The location was marvelous, near Santander port. The room had particularly good views across the town. Having a twin bed was a bonus.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with us. Besides the parking spaces in front of the hotel, which are free, they have a covered and locked car park for those who want more security. However this secure car park has a fee.
The lift is old and sometimes get stuck on a floor if someone don't shut the door properly.

Price / value for money combination - decent. Breakfast - okey.
Location - it is right in a centre of pubs and clubs - fairly loud around it. Bathroom was REALLY small, and a shower wasn't particularly good... Nevertheless - it was very cheap, so didn't really expect anything more than I had, but I am always open to pleasant surprises... :-)

I have stayed 5 years running. I stay overnight on route from Extremadura to Santander for the ferry to UK. It is ideally placed? A 5 hour drive on the new Spanish motorways from Extremadura. A leisurely hour and a half next morning to the ferry. The hotel is clean. Staff friendly. Menu del día good value. Reinosa an interesting old town to wander round.
